Installing Epocrates on Blackberry Bold

  1. uninstall Epocrates (by deleting it)
  2. remove the micro SD card
  3. reboot the phone (you might have to remove the battery to do it if it doesn't happen automatically)
  4. reinstall Epocrates
  5. replace the micro SD card
  6. when you first run Epocrates - it will offer to migrate to the micro SD card - tell it not to; it will initiate that same request any time the phone is rebooted
