Lithops Potting Miox

·       7 parts fine diatomite

·       3 parts fine perlite

·       2 parts peat & coconut-based potting mix (Miracle gro, etc.)

·       1 part coconut fiber

·       1 part perlite

·       1 part vermiculite

·       4 parts coarse sand

·       4 parts fine sand

·       4 parts fine compost

 

Alternative to chemicals: 1 gallon of water with 1/4 cup of dish soap and 1/8 cup of orange oil

Weed killer: 1 gallon vingegar, 2 cups epsom salts, 1/4 cup dish soap

Fill the container with a potting soil formulated for cactus. Alternatively, make your own potting mixture by combining 1 part coconut fiber, 1 part perlite, 1 part vermiculite, 4 parts coarse sand, 4 parts fine sand and 4 parts fine compost.
